2017 Exchange Program

September 23, 2016 - With colorful signs, waving German and American flags, and the sounds from Herr Carosella's vuvuzela, Niskayuna High School German students welcomed their exchange partners from Germany on Friday evening! Please join Herr Carosella and Frau Prebish in welcoming our guests to Niskayuna.

The German Program marched with students and teachers from our partner school in Hamm, Germany.

**SEPTEMBER 20, 2014: New York City, German-American Steuben Parade**

**SEPTEMBER 20, 2014: The German Program and students and teachers from our partner school, Freiherr-Vom-Stein Gymnasium, marched in the annual German-American Steuben Parade in New York City.**

EXCHANGE PROGRAM SEPTEMBER 2014

On Friday, September 19, 2014, German students and teachers arrive from our partner school in Hamm, German. The next day, German Program students, friends, teachers, and our guests from Germany, head down to NYC to march in the German-American Steuben Parade!

EXCHANGE PROGRAM APRIL 2014

**Exchange Program students (along with Hamm students) enjoyed a day in Amsterdam.**

**APRIL 2014 -- Exchange Program students & teachers traveled to the beautiful city of Münster.**

2014 is an exchange year for the German Program and our partner school in Hamm, Germany. Started in 1998, this will be our 8th visit to Hamm. Niskayuna German students along with Herr Carosella left for Germany on April 4! More photos are posted on our Facebook page.

Our partner school in Germany is called the Freiherr-vom-Stein-Gymnasium (www.das-stein.de). It is located in the city of Hamm in the state of Nordhein-Westfalen. The exchange with our partner school has been in existence for 16 years. In October 2012, Niskayuna German students hosted a group of students and teachers from our partner school.
